Payroll, inventory, scheduling group classes, customer satisfaction- you name it. The state license test was next while the info was fresh in her mind. After completing the requirements to practice,
her expertise in eyelash extensions grew after countless hours of research and practice while maintaining the operations of the busy salon. Little did she expect, the eyelashes were a hit. The requests grew and Rachel could finally step away from the front desk. Education was key to propel in a specialty skill such as eyelash extensions. Triple certified in classic and volume eyelash extensions, Rachel attended multiple specialty trainings in Chicago, Dallas and Tampa, her skill set became unparalleled after repairing botched jobs and horrid applications, making her now the go-to person in the eyelash industry.

I endured many hardships while training under the most extreme circumstances. The market is flooded with bad advice and uneducated professionals teaching bad habits and charging high prices to do so.
